If they are the least bit responsible this will probably result in a butt pucker factor .. and all Catfish Lawyers are going to recommend the most cautious approach in order to cover their own butts. The point is to get them to ask the attorney. This " independent distributor " is NOT following " official " YL policy .. the FDA and FCC got on YL for this some years back .. so now " For the Record " they are cautious .. its in their private Cheer Leaders meetings that they suggest to the " independent distributors " that this or that is effective .. and most of their distributors (groupies?) aren't smart enough to realize that the contracts they have signed .. coupled with their " " independent " status .. coupled with YL's " For The Record " instructions .. puts them in harm's way and the YL organization will remain clean if the distributor is called to task by authorities. > All the best, > Lisa Mertz > Yep .. and to you .. y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch .. http://www.AV-AT.com

Guest guest
That's why I say approach it in the Numbers racket. Until we get someone out there that is of " great caliber " that actually knows how to play the " numbers " game it's going to be the same old same old. We have to marry the " honest truth with money... " If we keep looking at things the same way from the same perspective we're going to get what we've always gotten... Even " True believers of Jesus " can be shaken from that tree. If they have their faith based on a fallacy. And remember sometimes. It's not our job to open everyone's eyes... Just get them thinking. Guest guest
Marge is so right. Those who are looking for information are willing to be educated but those who don't ask the questions just aren't interested in learning the facts. It's sad to see so many people who are so desperate for some sort of community or miracle or magic are too mentally, intellectually and spiritually weak to be able to accept that their new found " religious guru " is so full of crap that he can't even stand still without stinking like an open sewer. When people come to me and ask questions, I can be extremely diplomatic (although there are many out there who won't believe THAT! LOL) and present the facts without the harshness I'm famous for. However when some dumb butt YLer comes out with some of the Crap that Young spews, I'm not. I don't have the patience for it any more and I know they aren't going to listen anyway. They are deliberately deaf, dumb, blind and stupid. Of course, that's my bad because I know that there are folk out there who don't know any better and who can be educated, so these days I try to keep my mouth shut so other people can kindly and diplomatically tell them that they've bought into lies, hype and crap. When it comes to outside parties such as the bookstore, spas, faires etc. they will bring in YL because that's the only name they've heard of. They don't know enough about real aromatherapy to know any better. Writing a letter, pointing out the flaws, might help and can't hurt. There once was a proposal to get a " common " handout that one could just print out and give to people in these kinds of situations. Christina might have something like that. It would save a lot of people time and make it easy to have something like that for situations like this. Okay, back in my hole. Let me know if you are ready to work together on this. Cheers, Christina
