Guest guest
Hi guys. Today a guy at work who hikes a lot here in SoCal asked me if I knew of any insect repellents that didn't use DEET so I told him about catnip EO. He seriously asked me if mountain lions might follow him around because of the smell. He then looked it up and found that some forest rangers are using catnip plants and EO to attract cougars and that it's been a resounding success!!! I totally thought he was kidding when he brought it up, but it's true. Soooooo, if you're in an area where you might have wild cats out to eat you then you might want to reconsider that uber-potent catnip EO as a mosquito repellent! While I'm here I'd like to also ask if anyone knows any tried-and-true methods of repelling aphids from plants. TIA!, Stacey P.S. Please email me off the list if you sell catnip EO and/or insect repellent blends so I can pass them along to 2 coworkers.
