Guest guest
fabulous here in Miami - warm night, tiny drizzle of rain, just enough to make you feel alive, and the moon peeking in and out behind light fluffy clouds Butch Owen wrote: > Now I am going outside to watch this .. it will be total in a few > minutes. :-) Butch > > > > >
Guest guest
It was raining like the dickens all night so we didn't see it at all! Last night was beautiful and clear. Tonight, thunder, lightning and rainy. Guest guest
The view of it is great here in Wisconsin--it's the temperature that makes it tough to sit and watch! We're at -3 right now so I'm in and out, watching for brief periods and oohing and aahing until the BRRRR factor drives me back in. Guest guest
omgoodness, I'm so sorry~ mine view was just mystical ~ the moon had a small cloud draped over 1/2 of it for about the first 5 minutes, kinda like a drape? In fact it was so lovely dd took a pic of it~ lol~ then it lovingly moved away, and while coming home from cheerleading it started~ they sky was beautiful and clear, all you could see was the moon and the huge star beside it~ gosh, it was breathtaking~ I called all my kids(since we always watch together) and the boys were outside with their GF watching~ they called later and said " thanks mom " it's beautiful~ They never say anything like that~ lol~ so it must've been spectacular~ Sindy - ] Lunar Eclipse Ditto here on the clouds. Guest guest
It was absolutely awesome from our front deck, looking out over the lake . . .. A very clear night with all the other stars/constellations in their bright splendor looking on. What a wonderful event. Hope the rest of you were as blessed with a clear sky.
