My wrists ache, my shoulders ache, so do my digits- have been doing a

lot - a lot fo typing over the last few weeks and now its taking its

toll.Am using the middle finger to use the mouse- any ideas will be

very appreciated.

I used a very mild blend of Clove oil and bergamot, just got a little

flexibility in fingers- anything else I can use? Baby safe is really

important because of my 6m old

Hi,

Seems to me as though you have been very busy typing! First and foremost

check out that your chair is at the correct height and you are

Not slouched over the computer. Stretching out your arms and hands is very

important as well. I will try to explain how I work on this problem

So bear with me- it is hard with no visuals.

You will notice that the muscles in your forearms are looking quite bunched

up and are painful to press. If you bend your arm and then place your thumb

about an inch below the crease of the forearm., press down hard and hold for

10 seconds. Hurts , but helps release the tense muscles. Then rub the arm

briskly with oil, using a figure 8 movement and pressing firmly on the way

up the arm – stretching out the muscles. For your shoulders, you will feel

a very tight lump right in the middle of the shoulder, get someone to stand

behind you and place their elbow in the middle of the lump, then have them

lean down as you shrug. This is a really good and quick release.

Hope this helps.

Jeanine

Thank you Jeanine and Sue,

I had been trying a geranium-clary sage-jasmine blend - somehow got

stuck on it since the baby

Added lavender and marjoram, did the massage with it as well as

possible this morning.

And I have like 70% relief!

I really really appreciate your timely help.
