New poll for ATFE2 - Internal Use

It's the wordiest poll yet!

 

Tonight we began a poll on internal use. We wanted to ask more than

just " do you or don't you " , or even how often. This poll looks at your

perceptions of others, what you do, and what you tell others to do.

 

Your participation in this anonymous poll will surely help us

understand how our population handles internal use.

I'm just going to answer this one here, simply because I personally don't

think my answer fits.

 

I only take Oregano internally. So that means only once or twice a year and

for a few days at a time. I'll also give it to my kids... we call it the

sugar shot. Only once or twice a year if that.

 

I've also told my mother when and how to use it and that's it. I don't tell

anyone else to use it internally, nor do I use any others. Occassionally I

will say " I use it and this is how " , but I don't actually come out and say

to anyone that they should.

 

However, I will also admit I am extremely conservative when it comes to any

use of eos. I don't diffuse a lot and I don't use them on any kind of a

regular basis. I never used them when I was pregnant (except for sniffing

peppermint) and I never recommend it to anyone else, with the exception of a

body butter or oil mixture for the attempt to prevent stretch marks. I have

in the past made one or two suggestions for labour, but that's the extent of

it.

 

When it comes to the oils, I'm so conservative that I make ronald reagan

look like a flaming liberal. ;-)
