Thanks. Thanks, Marcia. gotta admit it's a bit offputting when one of the listmom's starts making recommendations that are a slap in the face to many who have contributed here for years. I stumbled upon the qvc unit by accident, probably when I was spending a sleepless night watching TV while nursing my mother back to health. I had already purchased a big unit for the house, but that wasn't penetrating the mist into her room, and the unit was too big for her room. I was really shocked when I saw all the bad reviews for it (after I purchased it). Your unit looks much better in quality and I'm glad you sourced it. I had no idea you carried such a product. You should publicize it on my group on Thursday because so many are suffering from arid nasal passages during this winter season. > > Several vendors (including us) in online discussion groups also carry the > SpaCenter; I know Marge does. > > Just wanted to make sure that folks here don't forget to look to the > excellent vendors here who continue to contribute to the discussion in the > online aromatic community as well as provide products/service. This list doesn't allow advertising, so don't know Stacey's policy on all this. I innocently shared my experience with two vendors, and even warned about the problem reports with one. > I know that advertising isn't allowed on this list, however, I hope the > listmoms will allow this to offer alternatives to Anya's recommendations, > which look like advertising to me. Thanks. If Stacey clarifies the rules so that we can't mention any products, or, conversely, that we can, that's fine by me, I'll respect her decision. The mentioning of products by someone not selling them wasn't advertising to me, so if Stacey thinks it was, I apologize and won't do it in the future. I know how hard it is to keep group rules in place, and I respect other's wishes. -- Sincerely, Anya - perfumes, aromatics, classes, consultation Natural Perfumers Guild http://NaturalPerfumersGuild.com 1400 member Natural Perfumery group -
Guest guest
How would these work in a bookstore with mist? Maybe at the front on the counter behind the register? Or not a good choice for a bookstore? --\ ------------- Designer at Scrapbook-Bytes http://www.takeapick.com/2IH *Some people only dream of angels; we held one in our arms.* Remembering Jacob March 8 - 9, 1996 Our Angel: http://sids-network.org/fp/jacob.htm - " Sylla S.
