While we are discussing locally-grown food, I want to fill you in on an

article about Las Vegas:

A 30-story farm will be build, capable of feeding 72,000 people

year-round, rising out of the Nevada desert.

 

Casinos and other local businesses will be able to get locally-grown food,

and the building can house a wide variety of crops, year-round.

 

I can't wait to tour the place. Especially if they can keep as organic as

possible.
