Guest guest
I must be run down. For the third time in as many months my head is burning and my nose is blocked. So I went to my oil box to get *something*. Normally this *something* would be the classic *cold* oils, oregano, rosemary, lemon, tee tree - ya know the ones. But tonight I wanted *different* and my eyes landed on Bergamot, then Pink Pepper (Schinus Molle, not the same at all as Black Pepper). So I put a drop of each on a tissue and have it by my desk. Its developed quite a medicinal scent, almost a dead ringer for *lem-sip* cold and flu powders! Already my nose is not so blocked (but running fast and dripping - OK too much info, I'll stop there...lol) and the tight headache band round my head is easing. I'm going to put some in my vaporizer and report back if it makes any difference to the progress of my head cold.... Guest guest
Ooh, pink pepper. I've not smelled that before. I love the smell of bergamot though. Hope you get to feeling better soon. I know I am run down. I've been sick non-stop for a couple of months now. All stress induced I'm sure. :-P Tracy --\ ------------- Designer at Scrapbook-Bytes http://www.takeapick.com/2IH *Some people only dream of angels; we held one in our arms.* Remembering Jacob March 8 - 9, 1996 Our Angel: http://sids-network.org/fp/jacob.htm - " Liz " <liztams <ATFE2 > Tuesday, November 06, 2007 2:48 PM [ATFE2] Head Cold... >I must be run down. > For the third time in as many months my head is burning and my nose is > blocked.
