Hi all,

There used to be an archive on ATFE with great cold blends. Now that

everyone in my office is getting a bug, I need some help!

I don't feel creative, or like doing the homework. I'm back at work

tomorrow, surrounded on all sides by sickies - Eeek!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Christina

Christina,

Do you still have some Lemon Myrtle?

It's great for putting a drop on each side of your shirt collar, to stop

sniffles, and to help keep your energy up!

It also has great antibacterial properties. Burn, burn, burn!!

Make your office smell like an Australian Rainforest.....:-)

Hi Christina,

You are most welcome!

Eucalyptus radiata (as distinct from Globulus, which I find quite heavy) is also

a really nice antibacterial, and loosens mucus in the chest and nose.

Have a good day at work tomorrow.
