Can you use candles with essential oils if you have cats?

Hi, I know you can't use EOs on cats but can you use candles with EOs

or is that a no no as well. I was looking at Butch's site and saw

candles that had lavender and tea tree EOs and thought that might be a

good idea to use in cold and flu season.

Hi Jo Ann,

 

I like to use EO candles, but only on occaison, out of concern for my two

cats. I use one in a room with doors and window open, and always ensure

that the cats can be far from it.

 

In colder weather, we kick them out of a room and light the candles.
