It's funny because now I'll see someone smoking and instead of longing I feel like snarling... not in a bad way, more like 'so glad I got that monkey off my back now good riddance'. Two packs a day is a *lot* and I can totally relate... it's something to do with the hands and smoke for me, not just the nicotine. The clinic sounds intriguing. What made the difference for you there? I'm going to make a blend with Grapefruit and Black Pepper to carry around with me and sniff when I get an urge. (I'm on the patch, so it's purely psychological when I get the urges.) Hugs, Stacey P.S. I'm so upside down turned around and backward that I went into Origins the other day and let them rub 'Peace of Mind' with Basil, Peppermint and Eucalyptus in it on the back of my neck and temples. I liked it!!!! Just can't afford it!
