I can't send you a link just now as my firefox is not working right, but easily

found this further info I " d forgotten about, nested in Ayurvedic Dr. Doulliard's

2 part u-tube videos on " Detox Dangerous Toxins From Your Cells " . He speaks in

pretty plain English, and mentions also more research on how effective the

Ayurvedic cleanses have been for removing many different types of toxins; I

expect an email to them or facebook note might get further response.

 

Relating to thyroid, fibrocystic changes, and other issues, his short videos on

iodine are also very interesting!

 

He has multiple videos on utube, janaki88may's channel and docayurveda list

them, or just search Dr. John Doulliard, by topic. OH, you can also access them

plus supporting articles via his website, www.lifespa.com. It is a very

generous service, his bi-monthly free videos.

 

If I remember, I'll continue as more info comes in - please do the same? I

don't know how aluminum is detoxed but believe it also is stored in majja dhatu

(fatty and nervous system, deeper to access tissues).

and re: thyroid issues, I have started taking some kelp every day. I powder the

green leaves after they're dried and cap them up. probably better than going on

a drug.

I harvest kelp (bull whip) out of the ocean for art anyway.
