Guest guest
Hi - I hope you don't mind such a beginner question, but how do I know what type my baby is? I was very interested in your first food list as my baby is now nine months old. I find that she is much more interested in her foods than in breastmilk by either breast or bottle. I have also used rice cereal by Happy Bellies which contains enzymes and probiotics which I believe has helped her avoid any constipation. Thank you. Guest guest
Hello Cheryl - Before we consider a full Ayurvedic education module time unfortunately doesn't permit *0) it would be easier if you can tell us something of your exposure to Ayurvedic body types, and what resources you have - books on the subject? Also, are there Ayurvedic practitioners in your area - all these will help you understand and know how to work with the information. There are online resources and better response to your question once this is known. What is your husband's and your body type, and when was your baby born, and where? These will help us know easily. The Happy Bellies product sounds good - what does she eat with it? It is natural for babies to want other foods at this time. By 1 year, according to Dr. Bhate I believe it was who posted here on the subject, Babies have need for other needs for nutrients not supplied sufficiently in breast milk for their growth.
