Guest guest
Dear Vaishali - This is fascinating! Somehow it makes sense and I'm inspired to try it. I'd love to be able to eat a little more cheat flour. I'm remembering a sorta only related piece - Ayurvedic Dr. John Doulliard has a recipe for castor oil cookies which taste good enough children will eat them, and are used to help them with some constipation, spring or other needed cleansings. I've tasted them, more than palatable. You live in the US? THank you - YSha > Another important fact I forgot to add is that I have started to add a tbsp or two of castor oil (Heritage Organic) when I am kneading the dough.I have noticed a huuuuuuge difference in all our digestion with that.Traditionally when wheat was stored in India, every summer I remember my mum oiling the the whole barrel of wheat with castor oil. She called it " making the wheat drink the castor oil " . When I was growing up no one had wheat allergies even though we ate wheat
