Hi there, Without knowing more about your specific symptoms it sounds like you definitely need a bowel cleanse. If you're having a bowel movement 2-4 times per day, then you could get right onto the Intestinal Cleanse #2 formula (see the files) which is very soothing and would help you a lot. Nutritionally I would recommend that you juice organic fruits and veggies as much as possible. Stay on raw fruits and veggies for food as much as possible as well. Avoid meats and dairy as much as possible. Completely stay away from alcohol and sugar. I would also recommend the Panther Piss formula to you to help move your body pH back to the alkaline side. Your body will heal much faster if you're on the Total Nutrition formula also. All these formulae are in the files.

I would very much recommend the Total Body Cleanse. Go to www.academyofnaturalhealing.com and request Doc's free lecture. It will give you lots of great info on nutrition and the cleanse.

Best,

Kelli

I have a client 7 months pregnant with proctitis - an inflammation of the

rectum. She has some bleeding with her morning BM. She is Vata and has had this

issue several years ago and it had returned with the pregnancy. Her BM's are

soft and formed. I was thinking oil basti's. Any suggestions would be most

helpful!

Blessings

Hello

Although basti is generally not advised before 7 months are completed, there

are some exceptions, and this could be one of them.

Try internal treatment first with herbs suchas nagakeshar, kutaja, bilva,

etc. I have had excellent results with these herbs. If not better within a

couple of days, you may try basti with ghee plus milk and raktastambhana

herbs such as mocharasa.
