Guest guest
Most oils are fine, especially if used in small amounts (1 - 2% dilution) or in weak dilutions in the air. Most are contraindicated topically in concentrations greater than 2%, especially in the first trimester. I have written a book featuring herbs, vitamins, minerals, and essential oils to use in pregnancy, and another book featuring herbs and essential oils for labor and delivery! Information on both is on my website: www.cobblestonehealth.com. Guest guest
I'd probably check with the practitioner Betsy used right there in Boulder too, though these eo reports are good. - Ysha > Just found my chapter on the e-oils in pregnancy never mind! > Thanks!
