Guest guest
Grass roots thing, anyone can organize it even if they can't cook. This is a practice sustainable for generations. Like the Native American guidance, we are wise to make choices that nourish for the next 7 generations. This one fits easily that criteria! Cook and deliver food for a postpartum mother in her " 42 day window " (longer after c-births). Use the Ayurvedic principles to avoid colic and depression. Bring just enough for lunch and dinner that day, no leftovers the next day (= a way to help avoid tummy and rejuv problems!). http://sacredwindow.com/Foods2FavorFoods2Avoid . Even better,we can coordinate her friends into a food chain and provide that link's printout for guidance. It takes about 12 good friends to arrange meals 5-6 days a week for 5-6 weeks...some regulars weekly, a few backups for menstrual, sick, visitor or other break days for them. Do the math, not hard, just " new " idea. I've seen tears in father's eyes... Blissings Ysha
