Guest guest
Nitya and I talked - I was confused, and amazed how many things she is exploring! I am assuming as shared so much already, it is ok to mention the following. I am not sure how the iron skillet reference is involved here. It took a question to understand the nuts reference - She is finding she can handle nuts and seeds better if first soaked, which makes sense, they are lighter on the liver/fat metabolism. I had not heard of colostrum kefir - sounds like southern california is ahead of many places with new choices. She does better with goat than cow's milk products, though not much of any dairy still. Her protein sources lean on pulses/mainly mung daily though we want to see more often. We talked about finding ojas enhancing sattvic foods that work for her. Ysha > Thanks! I will check out the flower essences! I am looking forward to connecting with you Sat. at 3pm. I also got the wrist bands and am eating more nut butters. I bought the organic low fat raw milk but have felt too congested to try it. There is a colostrom kefir that really helped me to kick my cold last weekend though...maybe I'll get more of that. Was the iron recc. for me? I do cook in a iron skillet.
