It takes time to collect the pieces, and more to integrate them in our

own understanding, experience, practice. The previous conceptuals

still have to be evaluated in context of a person's body type, current

imbalances, age/time of life, season of the year, circumstances (such

as first trimester, or postpartum 1 week or 12 months, etc).

This is true of course for the diversity of conditions. Perhaps the

previous series will illustrate more some of the kind of basic

resources a practitioner may call on. He or she may also choose from

an array of other procedures - depending on extent of that training

and client need, such as suggested in Gerald's letter.

So there are many things which can help, and many sometimes contribute

to filling the accumulation " cup " to overflow, or spreading, or

advanced levels in pathogenesis process (samprapti). Naturally,

longer term/more chronic things will usually take longer to turn

around, shorter term manifestations are usually easier.

Some food change, or herb or essential oil may remove symptoms but not

cause, and wisdom will work with both if possible. Ayurveda is

significantly a wonderful " artform " in addition to being called the

" science " of life for longevity. It can also variously draw on local

plants, what is in one's kitchen or geography, and call on some of the

best plant supports available around the globe.

At the deepest integrating approach, many use the umbrella organizing

principle of giving support to the body as temple of the living

Spirit. Which takes the piecework analysis and artful supportive

choices back towards knowing connectedness with all that is, and

ability to best serve in happiness, peace, wisdom and vitality.

Namaste;

Ysha
