How does this simple remedy work?

Hi Shawna -

 

I'd love to have some understanding, it will help me remember it. I

do know that pitta can be often the issue in cases like this, and

excess apana vayu perhaps, although post menopausal is not so usual as

premenopausal for such bleeding problems. Also that many meds, RX or

over the counter, increase pitta as well as generating other side

effects often.
