Hi Jivani -

Re > And, as I go to this groups files, I realize that I do not know

how to search these files. Ysha, can you instruct us in how to search

old files? I see numerous groupings, but it looks like they are old.

Is there a way to type in a word, subject or author and have the site

provide a list?

It sounds like you found the files section, but not the search

archived messages section. ARe you on the messages list page on the

website? www.perinatalayurveda . There are two

ways to search for files hmm, actually more, which we have posted here.

1. " ARchived " are older messages (each have a number and date). They

are found by keyword searching in the little search box just

underneath the purple bar near the top that says, " Messages " . If you

don't see that bar, look to the left and click on Messages. I forget

if the home page shows the search box. You will come up with a list,

most recent first, of messages according to your keyword search, and

can even right click on the message and open another tab or window so

you don't loose this list.

2. " Files " are documents deemed significant enough to have their own

storage area, or that we have got to so far in that direction *). Get

there by looking to your left again to the navigation list, and click

on the word files. There you will see named some folders like

pregnancy, postpartum, etc, and maybe some unfiled documents. Within

the folders sometimes there are other folders. Anyway, have fun

exploring! When you get to a document, clicking on it will invite a

download window and you can choose what to do with it - open, or

download to (name where). This section includes some more standard

info that is good background or answers many basic perinatal ayurvedic

questions we otherwise have to repeat a lot, plus some great

specialized info.

3. We also have some photos and links which I haven't looked at in a

long time, but may be of interest and useful. I believe you also can

click on members and see who is in the group? I have not used the

calender yet.

Let me know if you still have problems finding what you want.

Enjoy!

Ysha
