I want to do a youtube video on different options for preventing / treating PPD

without drugs. I was hoping people wouldn't mind sending in photos of yourselves

or a family member or friend (with permission):

 

 

at the midwife

with a doula

with a postpartum doula

having an out of hospital birth or birth without drugs (or just after birth)

cosleeping

being fed yummy food

pictures of your family at your house or with you and your baby to symbolize

support

pictures of you with your friends / baby

pictures of you breastfeeding

pictures of you babywearing

pictures of you with your baby cuddling / smiling / playing

pictures of you taking a bath (maybe like feet out of the tub with bubbles or

relaxing around the house in a robe with towel on the head to symbolize that you

took a shower that day- no nudie shots)

pictures of you taking care of yourself in other ways like - at the salon

getting your hair done or nails or something like that

pictures of you working out or enjoying the outdoors

pictures of you lounging around being lazy with your house a huge mess

pictures of you getting sunlight

pictures of you taking vitamins

pictures of you at the chiropractor or other doc

pictures of your favorite foods or homeopathic or other aromatherapy remedies...

 

Perhaps if you have it, video footage would be great too. Even if you want to

stage a video of you tearing up / stomping on / burning a prescription for

Zoloft (LOL) or Paxil feel free.

 

I am hoping to make this a more upbeat one but if you have other photos you want

to share for a related video or article that you want to share feel free to send

those my way too.
