Dear Jai -

 

Also please rest assured that if mother has enough milk supply at this

point she will most likely continue to have as long as she nurses

regularly and doesn't introduce solids too soon. Make sure she doesn't

become over engorged when baby starts sleeping through the night more,

pumping a few minutes in the night if she HAS to. We don't want her to

get any breast infection that could diminish milk supply.

 

At this point it is more about emptying breasts out that keeps the

supply going more than what foods mom eats. Mom needs enough rest and

low stress, especially good sleeping at night. And regular nursing.
