Guest guest
Dear ONes; My neighbor with whom I share delightedly much exchange overlaundry facility through the week is a midwife of over 25 years, and currently doing hospice nursing. Powerful work, as you all must know, around coming and goings, passing thru the veil. We were sharing a beautiful article by Dr. Vasant Lad on the Ayurvedic assessments around passing over at end of life, and the role of the physician/attendant. Fascinating information, including pulse assessments and other body symptoms that tell if the person has 1 week, 2-3 days, or a hour/minutes left, and simple suggestions for support with the spiritual/physical transition. THe article is part of a quarterly journal available from the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, reprints available. Not to be confused with the Ayurvedic Institute out of San Francisco and Seattle area. Namaste; Ysha
