Cooking Classes

 

The Ayurvedic principles are universal and apply to any ethnic

tradition including a typical American cuisine. Our goal is to teach

you how to cook, not how to follow a recipe!

 

All of our cooking classes are based on the fundamental principals of:

 

* Organic, seasonal ingredients, whenever possible

* Cruelty-free ingredients and products

* Alternatives to wheat gluten, dairy. The recipes can be adapted

to dietary restrictions, food allergies and sensitivities

* Low simple carbohydrates, low glycemic index foods and lots of

veggies.

* Traditional ethnic flavors and ingredients to build great flavor

and satisfy cravings

* Clean, lean proteins and healthy fats.

* Easy to prepare meal ideas that taste delicious.

Combining Flavors: Herbs and Spices

Learn how to combine the six basic tastes to excite your taste buds
