Guest guest
Hi Dhara - Thanks for sharing this. FYI, Cumin/coriander tea will help with some gentle hormonal balancing and alkalizing, as well as supporting the digestive/absorption integrity without being intense or harsh. The cumin seed when roasted (dry roast in a pan) gives a particulary appetizing flavor to the tea. It can be adjusted for more warmth with a little ginger or other pungent spice. Hot milk tonic with ghee builds vitality and immunity, taken correctly. I " d like to remind readers of article on Ayurvedic discussions around perinatal uses of milk, why it has such a bad name and rightly, and why Ayurveda is so big on it - a recipe included at http://sacredwindow.com/What-AboutMilkandRecipe . What is Kailash Jeevan Creame? Warm Regards; Ysha > > Two more things she was recommended which helped. > > 1. Kailash Jeevan Creame
