Guest guest
Hello, Thank you for this response. I will pass this information onto the family. That is, translating what I can from what you suggest, Dr. Thite. How long is such smoke needed? This remedy is new to me, so I am not familiar with how to perform it. I realized I failed to say that the baby has lots of sinus congestion and a small cough. The mother suspects this may be a reaction to the mold, as the child has had this condition for quite some time. I am not trained on how to treat such a child. Any suggestions? Guest guest
Hello, Sinus congestion is usually due to kapha accumulation and is sometimes accompanied with pitta (pitta produces signs consistent with bacterial infection such as yellow mucus, fever, burning, etc.). Kapha dominant congestion can be treated with herbs such as pippali, kantakari, vacha, etc. Pitta dominant congestion can be treated with yashtimadhu, vasa, etc. Smoke can be produced by putting the powder on a hot plate or on burning coal. Keep the room closed for an hour. Let the smoke pass and then you can use the room. Dr. Thite On 2/27/08, kim luchau <jivanimark wrote: > > Hello, > > Thank you for this response.
