Thank you for sharing, Dr. Thite; It reminds me many members may not

know the following:

 

This recipe you have shared(among many others in Ayurveda) comes from

a 5 or 6,000 year old medical textbook (Charaka or Shushruta?). For

those who don't know, the textbook from Shushrut is the older, and

includes not only very in depth section on Pediatrics, within which

women's health is categorized! But also ancient surgical technique,

some of which is used today. Ayurveda is a very comprehensive science!
