My ayurvedic training did not use much of the original language, and personally I am not knowing the following words or herbs, surely many others are mystified: saindhav jal darvi Triphala we have here; decoction recipes vary though...?) (Yastimadhu we have, is licorice) Dhanyak Jeerak is cumin? medicinal water would be tea strength, 1/2 - 1 tsp/cup steeped or brought to boil?
