Guest guest
Ayurvedic PS. For healthy digestive systems from ingesting food to creating muscle tissue in general is about 10 days, longer when the agnis are not right or channels blocked or damaged. Some foods may work more quickly, probably those mentioned in previous post, if taken properly. I would be looking into the ningxia wolfberry alias goji berry also in juice and soaked dried fruits, and use of stewed specifically dried fruits having been told by my ayurvedic teachers these build mamsa dhatu and are great anyway for children as well as pregnant and early postpartum mothers. This has much to do with how well one's agni/digestive fire/enzyme process for creating muscle tissue is working, which depends on stomach (jataragni), small intestinal (I think called the 5 bhutagnis which break food into the 5 " elements " ), plasma (rasa), and blood (rakta) agnis which precede it in sequence of " digestion " . THis is out of my league except to help explain the conceptual, which is nonetheless fascinating to me and shows us the directions to look for answers.
