Guest guest
Hi, my name is Sabine, I'm 25, married and I live in Nuremberg/Germany. Im a tranee in ayurvedic medicin and I plan my first pregnancy. I'm looking foward to all the new thing I can learn from you! Kind regards, Sabine. A warm welcome, Sabine, and thank you for introducing yourself. Do you know Ann Revington, Ayurvedic trainer? Please share your programme in training, and are you able to do some panchakarma before concieving? It is the best thing for top quality semen and ovum both. You know, the mother's body is very much nourishing several ovum towards possible conception, over a period of about 3 months or more before one is chosen to be released? Many women feel that once they are pregnant it is good time to begin taking better care of themselves, but the genetic material itself is influencing quality of our babys' physiology for some time before conception even, if not of course through out our entire life, and for generations previous in the eggs of our grandmothers and on back, it is arguably said! But we can influence this much at least, significantly. Ysha D.Ayur, PPAD
