Guest guest
Hello Ysha, I put a phone call and an e-mail into Rasa yesterday regarding the Florida trip. I hadn't heard back...I wonder if you could verify the information: (386) 462-4994 & Rasa3333 at . I figure I need to start making plans as soon as possible for your end as well as mine. Maybe you know some of the details so I least know if it is possible for me to go. I was wondering about costs$; will I need to be there in the morning on th 10th and what time can I leave on the 20th? I am supposed to do PK training the evening of the 20th in Milwaukee. Will I be learning any PK therapies such as Abhyanga and Shirodara? If I will be, than I may reconsider doing the PK training in Milwaukee at this time. Also, I was wondering about what the schedule will look like in Fl. Thank you so much for the time you've put into corresponding with me! Peace & Love, Casie Dear Casie; Rasa will be calling you later today if not by tomorrow. She is recovering some perimenopausal challenges, so is being a wisewoman and focusing more on her rest and self care these days, and we do not have all details for schedule worked out, but perhaps this will answer your questoins. We will spend up to 75 hours if students are willing, over those 12 days, giving a full day off and other gaps to refresh, swim or boat the Ichetucknee river together, kirtan, and some evening class sessions to discuss client consultations and advanced material. We will spend 2 days learning and exhchanging the mother's abhyanga before working on mothers in need with it, mostly in their homes. We have agreed to a price in keeping with the spirit of the community service project focus, so $800, or $850 paid by credit card or otherwise over paypal.com for what is usually $1200 - 1500. It is an experimental format, requireing purchase ahead of time of the units for some of the study and to print out for yourselves. Your familiarity with Ayurvedic basics, cooking and some herbal exposure is wise, and reading Unit 1 (about 200 pages) and some of the others is requested. Rasa probably can still help you arrange lodging and all that. I'll start emailing the units when 50% deposit or whatever financial commitments are made. WE will be sending you a supplies list, which if I remember, you live in Tampa Bay and can bring by car? Otherwise some extra is requested to collect for you. Please let her know if you also have a massage table. We start the afternoon of the 10th and will include one weekend day in order to get 10 full days in and be done by afternoon of the 20th. The class size will be small, I think she said max 6. This is not a panchakarma training, although it is available at the Ayurvedic clinic there in Alachua and as Rasa is the scheduler there, you can ask her about that. Looking forward to seeing you there! Warmly, Ysha
