The whey must be undenatured. Isolating denatured whey confers only a protein source. Guest guest
Just curious, are there any patents for the whey? The Glutathione info on your website are all generic. Do you know what's the pasturization temperature for the whey? Guest guest
Hi Duncan: <<I tell prople to take 40-60 grams of Dyna Whey. >> ==>The only Whey I could find at my health food store was Now brand " Whey Protein Isolate " containing 100% microfiltered whey protein isolate (providing B-lactoglobun, a-lactalbumin, immunoglobins and glycomacro peptides. Also gives a long list of 'typical amino acid profile'. I scoop = 28g. Is this the kidn of whey that's helpful for cancer patients? ~Amber
Guest guest
Thanks Duncan. It is cheap. It is two pound. In gms will it be 897 gms? They say it has 39 servings. So one serving daily would take the two pound (897 gms) through 39 days. Cheap, isn't it? Guest guest
Ysha, Can the whey reserved from making panir be used in smoothies or lassis? Thanks, Sonya
Guest guest
Hi Sonya - Before I discovered I had a whey allergy, I discovered some delicious uses with whey, especially the fresh warm - some of us like the taste very much by itself. You may have discoverd it doesn't work well to cook legumes in whey - the proteins coat and block the softening and complete cooking of pulses. But Added for extra moisture near the end, also delicious slightly sour nutritious addition. I have never received instruction on this from an Ayurvedic cook, however, so this is about the extent of my thoughts, except to take care as usual with appropriate food combining. Seems a shame to just toss it, but can be too much to keep.
