Guest guest Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 HI Sonya; I would smell it, look if there are any signs of discollored masses, and if smells good and you are still not sure, strain it again and bring back to a gentle boil for few minutes before use. Likely it is fine, but even refrigerated it can begin to grow impurities around and remaining sediment with moisture in the bottom of the bottle.
