Dear Ysha What is written on ayurveda, is available to whole world who can login to internet and access ayurveda archives. these are public, and the basic purpose of ayurveda is to share ayurveda+yoga info, help beginners to understand concepts of mild complexity. Despite requests from member, this author could not put all " Iron rules of health " posts together in a single file with " Chapter " and " section " breaks for easy reading. When something is availble as a book, you can read it at your own pace. but daily digest mode means you take some food for thought daily and keep digesting/meditating over it, relating it to your own knowledge/info/experience etc. Author prefers second mode, perhapos it is the manner in which ancient acharyas taught ayurveda to disciples. You may take whatever material you want from ayurveda group and make good files. Declaring that the material was from ayurveda in the file itself, would give credit to any author who may have written the post. Best method may be to start with initial post and follow each successive response/comment serially or slightly staggered to keep the consistancy.
