Guest guest
Hi Deann; Hopefully you will find much valuable and useful understanding and tips here for client and friends support. May I use your statment to make a general comment to all? The word curing is not something I am allowed to use, although Dr. BHate's professional training allows him that privelege. For most of us, the words support, help, care, spa protocols, prevention, tissues, organs and systems, are wise and legal habits over using words such as diagnose, treat, disease (especially by name!), massage if not licensed therapist, or cure. Just a reminder for us all for best communication in the US environment. Learning Ayurveda as a mother at home I think is one of the most practical ways to go about it. I kept pages taped inside my spice cabinet on doshic foods/seasonongs, was so helpful (when I had time to even think about it). Little by little, with AMPLE opportunity to practice what you are learning in your food, seasonings, teas, baths, touch care, and the like! Your family is fortunate! Warmly; Ysha > My understanding of Auyrveda is minimal at best. My goal is to learn what I can from all methods of treating and caring for one's
