If you are worried about getting stuck in the process, you might want to work with a professional counsellor who has more experience with the technique. It's also very quick compared to conventional therapy that seldom works anyway. I use it for just about everything from stress to sore backs. Guest guest Posted March 30, 2006 Report Share Posted March 30, 2006 Greetings Terry, EFT is absolutely wonderful... I use it myself and with my clients and everyone seems to respond very well to it. It allows you to release baggage, feel more calm and be able to view things from a different perspective. You can use EFT yourself, but I still think it's better to do with a trained counselor if you can- having an objective person allows you to see things more clearly and address the appropriate issues.
