Come to India, go to Kerala where oil is extracted by cold pressing.

the very smell of the oil, sweet, invigorating and pleasing. That smell

can not be duplicated by any aromatic chemical. taste the oil for

sweetness. apply to scalp and feel the coolness, effect on nerves. If

you can get fresh Copra (dried coconut) you can extract a little fresh

oil by pounding it, crushing it in rollers and straining. If you do ot

wish to do all that effort, simply eat pieces of Copra.

Few years ago, author travelled to a place where indian cows were fed

cotton seeds, ground nut oilcake and other things which cow likes very

much. the cow milk then containsl little more lactose and fat. It was

morning, author had missed usual tea and was offered milk. Now tea is

addictive, but till 2 pm, author did not even remember that tea was

missed. same experience repeated many other time, the addiction did not

cause ringing any bells in the brain.

This is also noticed by those taking panch gavya medicines, made from

cow urine, milk, ghee. contents of cow and human urine are available on

the net as also panch gavya medicines. Craving for nicotine, alcohol,

and that for addictive components in hypertension medication

disapperas.

Rejuvination of CNS is what the best food should do. Cow milk does it

as also cow urine. If a breast milk does not do it, mother shoudl start

eating green vegetables and fruits if not grass. In a few days this

natural living foods will make her breast milk competitive to that of

indian cow.

breastfed all the while. And it gets transferred to the mothers nipples

as well, both being bathed in breastmilk. I believe breastmilk is a

fabulous live substance but it doesn't seem to cure thrush. Vicky
