Dear Ysha !

We've been very much enjoying the commentary on this group. It turns out that

that we think we may have responded in error to one of the messages so please

disregard that !

 

We're practicing a kind of Ayurveda (Prema Ayurveda) which is found in some of

the Ashrams in northern India. Prema Ayurveda seems to place a strong focus

on emotional and spirtual wellness, devotional relationships and diet as well

as some emphasis on a relatively small selection of simple herbal

preparations.

 

Right now our smallish group in Auckland New Zealand includes 4 pregnant mums

who will deliver in December / January -- so we're busy helping the Mums and

Dads to prepare.

 

We're learning lots from our friends on the group and would be very happy to

send some of our experiences perspectives if welcome.
