Hello all,

My name is Shannon Staloch. I am a midwifery student

at the National Midwifery Institute. I am the mother

of a six almost seven month old baby boy. I have

practiced yoga for almost 10 years. Just recently, I

have delved deeper into ayurvedic practices, but

haven't even scratched the surface. I hope to learn

more from this group and hope to one day apply the

ayurvedic principles to my own midwifery practice.

Thanks so much! Any advice appreciated. I'd love to

hear about you all as well.
