Dear Adrienne I'm glad you accidentally sent out - to hear update

about you and your family! I don't know where Saroj is this summer,

expect you will hear from her soon.

Dear All!

I've been out of town for 2 weeks and won't be home or much online

until the 8th of August. We just finished the summer AyurDoula

training intensive - 10 class days packed into 11, these 8 women are

committed! And as usual, can't help but loving them all. I'm

joining 5 of them, now enjoying sitting in again on some of the

Women's Health Care & Ayurveda 4 days with Saraswati Buhrman, PHD

(CLinical Ayurvedic Practitioner), Terra Raphael (Ayurvedic Midwife)

and Shar Lee (Certified Yoga Therapist).

AyurDoulas in training for this class came from Cheyenne Wy,

CHicago, Teluride CO, Erie CO, Tuscon, AZ, Boulder CO, Nederland CO,

and Russia via Dr. Lad's recent 1 year program, plus visiting

babies, mothers, grads and interns. Rex and Judy Manz of Sugarloaf

Mountain opened their beautiful home above Boulder for a very

special experience for us all.

Many thanks to the 4 women who contributed with some of the

materials rework! Lots more to come; we have a good beginning on

the frequently requested postpartum cookbook now back in my

computer; it will be much easier to turn it into a book now!

Talk with you soon, and much welcome to Heidi and Judy. I hope you

all will carry on.

Love,

Ysha

Hi Ysha,

Sounds like you are enjoying your stay in the mountains. Say hello to

Dona and Terra! Also please tell new Ayurdoula from Chicago about

Patel Bros. I was there a few weeks ago while visiting family, and

stocked up on hard-to-find items like Gum Arabic/Edible Gum. They had

the tins of Spanish Saffron at a very reasonable price, heck

everything there was at a very reasonable price. They carry the

entire line of Swad/Raja Foods. What is your opinion of the Raja

Foods herbs~are they good quality? (I picked up some Shatavari).

Blessings and Love,

Adrienne
