Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 Hello All, my first post to this group. I was introduced to the information by my wonderful midwife. I felt so good during my 6 week postpartum time. I am back eating most everything except broccoli. My problem is...terrible gas! Really terrible have to go outside to pass gas terrible. I know i need to keep using the digestive herbs but does anyone have any other suggestions or insight? Often at night my guts feel really heavy and constipated. I drink lots of water and excercise and do yoga most days. my baby has had a little bit of thrush issues, could yeast be the problem in my system? thanks! dana Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
