Guest guest
Dear Friends; Most likely the person who posted is not paying attention, but then they would not be much interested in my response anyway perhaps? Well, I do not have research to cite, and if it is a natural herbal " drug " perhaps it is a good thing to leave for us all. I learned a few years ago that Ayurveda recommends a very simple thing for vision problems, and when I remember to do it, I notice good effect. Candle gazing. Most think this is a simpllistic meditation exercise, but apparently the purpose, tho settling, is for the eyes. Ghee candle is best, but even a regular one, comfortably gazed at for about 10 minutes, gently relaxes and enlivens the eyesight both. Chinese wolfberry, also called lycii berry and goji berry has excellent research for the eyes also. It is very high in lutein and zeazanthin (should be in similar proportion to work, as it is in this berry). Martha
