Those people included a midwife, birth doula, pancha karma therapist, Ayurvedic esthetician. We talked about strategies for an Ayurvedic lifestyle and how to stick to them. I can't do it justice today I really have low energy I am sure Kalavati will have something eloquent to say about it. " I'm definitely not going to write anything eloquent today! I'm sick too. I hope you feel better soon Sonya! And, yes, stop criticizing yourself! Although I am a hypocrite for saying it. No pun intended. One thing that struck me about the Prana Mamas gathering was that the therapist and the esthetician really hit it off and ended up talking about renting a space together for their practices and continued talking after everyone else had left. So, that was very inspiring because part of the " mission " of Prana Mamas is to get women who are interested in Ayurveda *connected* with each other so there aren't these lonely, timid feelings about not relating to people who don't know about Ayurveda. It's not common enough where there are just hundreds of people in town who care about what your vata is doing this week! Ha ha. We also showed the women 42 Days for 42 Years and they liked that the book was available. Also, Sonya has arranged for a private meeting space for Prana Mamas which everyone was very excited about. Sonya is trading for the space, so we really appreciate her gift. Love, Kalavati
