I have also seen this interesting discussion of taking a weak acid such as lemon - or natural apple cider vinegar. It sounds odd, but works very well. Somehow heartburn is sometimes associated oddly with insufficient stomach juices or thin stomach mucosa, I'm nt sure which and would love it properly explained. We have two gentlemen I would like to welcome to the group and invite them to introduce themselves and their background and interest. Namaste! The Young Living blends of ditone, endoflex and juvaflex all taste (to me) quite good a drop or two in a litre of drinking water. Lemon as well. The ginger oil is surprisingly mellow, not so sharp as one would expect from concentrated oil of ginger.
