Guest guest
HI Sonya and all; Yes, I am happy to be back home; and got clear while hiking in the clear prana how important my own rest and ease is again ... I'll focus less on travel and more on local trainings, still planning Boulder if we get good attendence. Jeanne may be very interested in some helichrysum oil, which is not only best for pain (Young Living brand way outshines any others here, according to Vicki Opfer's repeated experience) without getting pain meds into the milk, but best for minimizing/healing scar tissue. Nows the time, while the skin is freshly involved in healing issues. Note it is also a good antimicrobial. THe cheaper way to go is lavender oil, but it isn't so powerful on well, any of the fronts. (I usually just take their customer order when they are already overworked postpartum, and place it for them/sometimes on my credit card for payback, usually on theirs just like any other business person would do, giveing them a copy of the order after shipping has been figured in.) Lots of times the moms need a wake up call like that about taking it easy. SHe is getting the massages now? SInce how many days postpartum? Knowledge needs so often to go along with the care, as part of the care - there is so much re-education to do in our field! I see it often also with mastitis, main cause being overwork/overdoing, according to the midwifery and Dr. Lad books. PS, Sonya, if you remem ber when you hit reply, delete any extra text below, ok? I culled it on this one. A little text reminder of response issue is fine. Love, Martha > > Jeanne has had problems with her incision and had to go back to the doctor > it wasn't sealing up together.
