Guest guest
REbecca, it was the mastitis/inflammation in your system, and the antibiotics making your poop green, not the chicken. The chicken is pitta reducing. You feeling betta? Quite the ride; wish I could have been there for you. next time tell me; we used tikta, mahasudarshan, bala, and a couple other herbs in a formula under guidance of a clinical ayurveda specialist (sis to that client) along with the Thieves oil blend (re infection) alt with Peppermint (re fever) 4X daily on her feet, and of course bedrest and modified diet. Did you link your mastitis with overdoing? Love, Martha
Guest guest
No it was linked with not enough rest and holding onto some feelings that really needed to be expressed. We had some good friends who had to evacuate from New Orleans come here to stay, one week b4 the baby and two weeks after. They had a one year old who was VERY vocal (screaming and yelling alot) which led to minimal rest once we did return from the hospital. In my trying to be mindful of their situation I held onto what I really wanted to ask for which was peace and quiet, ie led to manifestation in my body, I think! I know about the mahasudarshan, and I am poking myself for that one, I just didn't have my wits about me yet and needed to be fixed fast. I have already halfed the dose and will stop altogether on Monday, they are real strong and the infection is gone. I can smell the medicine in his poop which is why i began halfing it. Doing probiotics and lassi daily. gotta run, baby needs a bath! bless Rebecca ps am feeling better, now that we have our house back! Anyone got any tricks for toughening up some fair nipples?? Guest guest
Rebecca, we don't really " toughen up " nipples. We have to correct the latch and they will heal. Baby must open wide enough to take in more of the nipple tissue and make sure the lower lip is out and not tucked under. You might want to have a lactation consultant at your hospital look at the latch once.
