MANA conference in Boulder Sept 30/Oct 1, I'll be speaking the first

in the AM. One of my mentors with essential oils, Kathy Farmer, will

be speaking that day also, on prosperity issues at MANA! Lots of good

things happening, wonderful lineup of speakers; I hope to take the

Estes Park/Trailridge road trip on Thurs or Fri - anyone else going?

Forgive a little online strategic planning here, ladies - the

following is about scheduling trainings and the MANA Boulder details:

Sonya, They are not paying for my flight or anything except that

conference day, so I'm planning to offer a pile of books as well as

the new full back Fomantek hot water bottles for sale for you all to

make some money on too, to help pay for the booth. I have spoken once

to the organizer about having a little extra space to set up a massage

table folks can sample the hot water bottle on - it sells them quick!

Let's talk also about other details on the phone soon?

I'm thinking one of our angles needs to be classes for the public

about Ayurveda thru RMIYA - evening ones you or others could teach,

intro stuff to raise awareness of Ayurveda and it's value in family

life. Dona would just have to give the ok, I don't want to ask her to

DO anything else! But we have discussed the value of this already and

she MAY already have some such plan?

THis week I'm finalizing dates for some classes in Chicago, Asheville

and North Florida for the next 6- 8 months. Dona and I have a schedule

in Feb and May for 2 week long intensives in Boulder. I might just go

to Puerto Rico too ... so all you active AyurDoulas get ready, I

figure on your help as teachers soon! As a very successful

businessman once told me, don't think small, " I don't even look at

small proposals. " Well, I don't want to create a lifestyle long term

of lots of travel NOR fame, but I DO want to get this work out there

and known, in demand, and in use --- and get women who want to do it

in position to really make a good career of it as suits them.

OK, that's my soap box for August ...wish me luck fulfilling this

desire, or an even better plan!
