Thanks Vicky for the advice! The mom I am working with just had the

babies C-section. The next day she started hemoraging and they had to

put her in ICU because her blood wouldnt clot they had to use 55 units

of blood to save her life she has a feeding tube in her and is pretty

out of it. The babies are doing great 5lbs4oz and 5lbs11ozs.

A general ? about the lavendar oil and ohter EOs do you dilute them in

oil and insert them into the ear?

Thank you both for oroviding your expertise to this group. Sonya

Sonya, often when a mom loses this much blood she has trouble making enough

milk. Watch her supply. Get her pumping right in the beginning. Better to

have an oversupply than an undersupply. Vicky

Wow, she has her hands ... tied it sounds like. You are helping with

the babies, and I suppose doing formula in this case?

Lavender or any oil not to be put directly into the ear neet ever. If

therapeutic/organic quality, put on a finger and apply from there.

Around the ear is also very helpful, being sure to get some over the

mastoid bone which often is infected; dilute is best always for babies

although with my own, there are some I don't worry about but I can't

give that advice!!!

Love,

Martha
