I just got a call back from this lady who knows many facilities. Here's my notes so far, and I await feedback from several facilities. COLORADO TRAINING Julie Nikolai 970 5779900 Convention & Visitors Bureau For 20 – 30 people Dates incl 2 weekends and total 11 days, late Oct/early Nov. (after Asheville) We org the massage tablesOwn kitchen use, wood floors, possible carpet for infant massage, cozy friendly casual environment, check on yoga floor space – rooms or ? Large enough for 20 - 25 massage tables or at least 12 – 15 for 3 days, and infant massage space about half that size or more. Some Singles and double occupancy rooms, possible family members in addition/few children. Kitchen: Gas stove, multi burners. Stainless cookware (my guess we have to bring some), woks, cast iron, ceramic, corning. Wood spoons. This will be vegetarian, smoke and alshohol free. Hot tub, bathtubs as well as showers. She Will put word out, maybe 5-6 will respond who would be willing to host our needs (kitchen!) She will see also what she can gather about surrounding facilities (allenspark etc).
